Meet Your Host
I’m Simon Hartley. For almost 30 years, I’ve worked with and studied the very best in the world — individuals, teams, leaders, and organisations operating in some of the most demanding and high-pressure environments imaginable.
Throughout that journey, I’ve become fascinated by a simple question:
What differentiates the very best from everybody else?
Over the years, I’ve realised that curiosity sits right at the core. It is the doorway to passion. It fuels innovation and discovery. It drives learning, improvement, performance, and progress. And in many ways, it shapes who we become.
Our mission with Your Curiosity is simple:
To get under the skin of curiosity.
To understand what it is, how it shapes our thinking and behaviour, and how it helps us ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and see possibilities that other people miss.
Your Curiosity is also the title of my 13th book, and the thread that ties everything here together.
