Simon is a fantastic communicator and innovative in his approach. Completely thinking out of the box, Simon delivered a session to my team in the NHS, using tools and techniques obviously derived from his professional background but making it extremely relevant and meaningful to our specific needs. The theme was focus and confidence, which was definitely thought provoking and we are still talking about how these tools can be used not just at work but in everyday life. I would highly recommend Simon to work with teams and team development.
