Masters of Simplicity

13th and 14th June 2019

Location: Blackburn Wing,
Bowcliffe Hall

Two Day Intensive

Imagine if you had the razor-sharp focus of an Olympic athlete.

How effective would you be if you could de-clutter your mind and focus on those things that had the greatest impact on your success?

What if you could help others to simplify, clarify, focus and become super-effective too?

During “Masters of Simplicity”, you will study the art and science of simplicity.

You will learn how to simplify and clarify… how to hone focus… how to become incredibly effective

How to coach others to do the same.

Learn how to…

  • De-clutter your mind
  • Identify the true priorities and focus on them
  • Say “No”

  • Become laser-focused!

Focus is the foundation of a great mental game.

Masters of Simplicity is completely devoted to creating laser-sharp focus!

Using the “Two Lengths of the Pool” method, we will be learning how to simplify, clarify and hone focus, so that we can perform at our best consistently and ultimately become world-class.

Day One

Within this session, you will…

  1. Understand the performance spirals and how to engineer a world-class ‘mental game’ in yourself and others.
  2. Discover how to simplify and clarify, using the “Two Lengths of the Pool” approach.
  3. Understand how to use this to develop world-class performance.
  4. Learn how to coach the “Two Lengths of the Pool” approach with others.

Day Two

  2. Understand how to extend your offering and increase your income using the Masters of Simplicity Coaching Program.

Help the world to simplify and clarity…

Follow in the foot-steps of our current Masters.

“I have already taken a couple of our senior managers through it. The reaction was like turning on a light bulb. It has had a positive impact on the way they are working immediately”.

Steve Thompson, HR Director at ResQ.

“I have used this with two of my team… They thought it was so focused and cannot understand why life is so complex. Simplicity is the way to go!! I’m on it and loving every step!!”.

Tanya Moxon, Head of Learning and Development at Story Contracting.

“Love all this… It’s REALLY helped me stick to my plan… I’ve used it with my current clients and it’s changed a lot of what we’re doing… Every single person has just thought it was so obvious once they were doing it and that it made so much sense”.

Kirsty Starmer, Founder & Performance Leadership Consultant, Build@Beach.

Choose to attend Day One only… or Days One & Two.

If you attend both days…

To give you the greatest possible value, Day Two not only helps you apply these powerful approaches to yourself… we will also enable you to coach others using the Masters of Simplicity approach!

At the end of the two-days, you will become a Certified Master of Simplicity and have letters after your name (if you wish to use them).

And, if you wish to generate additional income or extend your coaching offering, you will also be able to offer the Masters of Simplicity Coaching Program and the brand new Two Lengths of the Pool App, to your clients.
